Warranty and repairs
Ten years on the frame and joints, two years on the cable and switch, and parts for at least fifteen years after the last lamp is sold.

Wear from normal use, such as the brass darkening where you hold it, is not a fault.
How to claim
Write to us with your order number or the name on your setup card and a photo of the problem. Inside the warranty we post the part free, with instructions. If the fault needs the workshop, we send a prepaid label.
After the warranty
Every part of Model 2 is sold in the shop, and the hex key in the box is the only tool you need.
