Thirty days to decide
You can return a lamp or a part within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please keep the box: the lamp travels back in it safely.
How to return
Write to us with your order number. We send a prepaid label for lamps shipped within the United States; returns from Canada are at your cost. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel arriving.
Refurbished lamps
Refurbished lamps can be returned on the same terms.
